PRA Group Presents $35,000 Gift at JCOC’s 35th Anniversary Black & White Gala

NORFOLK, VA – PRA Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRAA), a global leader in acquiring and collecting nonperforming loans, helped the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) celebrate its 35th anniversary with a $35,000 donation at JCOC’s annual Black & White Gala.

A long-time supporter of JCOC, PRA Group has given the organization $250,000 since 2014. The company’s connection with JCOC is also a personal one for PRA Group’s president and CEO, Kevin Stevenson. Stevenson and his wife Liz, a JCOC board member, have witnessed JCOC’s resonating impact in the community firsthand over the years, and even hosted the Black & White Gala virtually as a live broadcast from their home in 2020.

“At PRA Group, we are committed to giving back to organizations that help bring vitality to the communities in which we work and live. We have a passion for working with people to find paths to recovery and stability, which JCOC does remarkably through every initiative, from daily support, to food pantries, to life-changing housing programs,” said Stevenson. “We are all aware that as the global pandemic continues, it is now more important than ever to stand beside an organization so crucial to combating the economic instability, homelessness and food insecurity of those who are struggling due to job loss, sickness, medical bills and personal loss. There are few organizations more worthy of PRA Group’s support.”
