IT Apprentice Program:
We offer an education and advancement pathway for employees with an interest in IT and Data & Analytics to enter new roles in those fields.
Students across the U.S. may apply to participate in our annual paid internship program. Interns work directly with our colleagues to apply academic skills while building workplace competencies and expanding their professional network. Our goal is to help create the workforce of the future by providing interns with the unique skills and experiences necessary to compete in a corporate environment.
As a part of our commitment to ongoing improvement, PRA Group’s larger Talent Management strategy includes a global performance management process, which helps employees set personal and professional goals, conduct mid- and year-end goal reviews, and facilitates ongoing development and career path discussions between managers and employees to ensure every team member has the tools they need to succeed.

A 2020 internal study of PRA Group’s highest populated 10 job titles, representing 46 percent of the total global population, found that females on average earned higher pay in eight of the 10 jobs. In the same positions, racially diverse employees earned on average higher pay than non-diverse employees in nine of those positions. In the same study, non-diverse employees were found to earn 0.4 percent more in average base pay than diverse employees in the same pay category.
