PRA Group Communication Executive Featured Among Hispanic Executive’s Leading Latinas

Giovanna Genard, vice president of external affairs and marketing leader, joined PRA Group with a wealth of experience leading marketing teams in higher education. In a recent interview with Hispanic Executive, a magazine dedicated to amplifying the voices of Latino/a leadership in America, Genard spoke about her decision to transition to a global financial services company: “you’re surrounded by people here that want to make a difference all over the world. That really spoke to me.”

Making a difference is indeed an area in which Genard excels. In addition to holding a wide variety of civic and community leadership roles, Genard partnered with former colleagues to found the Remote Experience for Young Engineers and Scientists (REYES), a virtual STEM and Health Sciences learning program aimed at increasing science literacy, inspiring and training the next generation of engineers and scientists and diversifying science fields for statistically underrepresented students.
