PRA Group Supported Virginia Living Museum Exhibit Makes a Fossil-Like Imprint on Hampton Roads

Touring Virginia Living Museum with PRA Group and Rebecca Kleinhample.

PRA Group is continuing its partnership with the Virginia Living Museum by sponsoring the summer exhibit, “Destination: Dinosaurs!” PRA Group presented the donation to the executive director of the Virginia Living Museum, Rebecca Kleinhample, and toured the exhibit earlier this month.

Until Sept. 4, 2023, museum guests can explore the world of the giants who once roamed the Earth through animatronic displays that move, roar and even spit! Included in the cost of admission is entry to the dinosaur discovery trail, digging stations, dinosaur yoga and 15 living fossils scattered throughout the campus for visitors to find.

Virginia Living Museum provides enriching experiences for children and families alike. Its expert staff connects families with nature and biology in tangible and creative ways. As part of its commitment to giving back to the communities in which its employees live and work worldwide, PRA Group has a history of supporting its educational programming. Most recently, PRA Group presented the “Amazing Pollinators” exhibit in 2022, which served more than 57,000 visitors. The “Destination: Dinosaurs!” experience is equally instructionally rich, giving learners of all ages the opportunity to venture back in time and uncover the mysteries behind the colossal creatures from the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods.

To accompany the impressive dinosaur models and interactive displays, museum instructors are leading sessions that encourage students to explore how dinosaurs adapted to their habitats through the study of artifacts. Participants are also introduced to live animals which possess similarities to the extinct giants.

PRA Group is proud to present such an immersive and unforgettable educational experience alongside the Virginia Living Museum!
