PRA Group Representative Appointed to Government Affairs Software Advisory Board

PRA Group Manager of Policy Analysis Jennifer Haddad has been appointed to the newly created FiscalNote Government Affairs Customer Advisory Board. In this role, she works alongside representatives from across the industry to help revolutionize the field of government affairs through innovation.

FiscalNote is a software designed to track, monitor, sort, and report on legislation and regulations as they relate to specific businesses and industries.

Haddad was selected for her policy experience, her proactive approach to problem solving, and her knowledge of the platform. Historically, she has been consulted often to provide FiscalNote’s chief revenue officer and its product development teams with critical feedback.

Haddad’s career with PRA Group began nearly a decade ago in the company’s Compliance department. She joined the Government Relations team in 2019, where she oversees vendor and lobbyist relationships; manages the PRA Group PAC; researches, monitors, and reports on legislative, regulatory, and political activity relevant to PRA Group; notifies impacted business units and senior leadership of regulatory changes; and works closely with the legal team to produce informational materials to help advance the business’ legislative and regulatory goals.

As a member of the advisory board, Haddad meets with her peers monthly to review product demos, concepts, and questions FiscalNote has shared with them throughout the month. Through group discussions, surveys, and interviews, they identify insights that FiscalNote then uses to begin enhancements, approvals, and testing.

“It’s an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on a tool that is so critical to the success of government affairs and the industries we represent,” said Haddad. “Innovation and efficiency are attributes we value highly at PRA Group, so I consistently advocate for streamlined workflows as well as improvements to both searches and reporting and the process for reviewing legislation and regulation.”
