Steps we’re taking to protect employees while still serving our customers
An update on our call centers.
Keeping our call centers open is an important part of our fundamental role to best serve consumers. Our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees at each location. We have taken proactive steps to limit the risk of exposure, based on guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Supporting our communities.
PRA Group announced two new donations to support organizations aiding in COVID-19 relief and recovery efforts. A $25,000 donation to The CDC Foundation, supporting communities across the United States, has been matched by Lysol resulting in a $50,000 total contribution. PRA Group is also donating $25,000 to United Way South Hampton Roads to help meet local needs at its headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. Read more.

- Implemented business continuity plans at all of our locations to reduce risk and keep everyone safe
- Stood up a specific task-force related to COVID-19 to continuously monitor the situation
- Deployed enhanced cleaning mechanisms at our offices
- Asking all employees who are sick to stay home until they are well
- Employees who have the ability to work remotely are to work from home
- Suspended all non-essential travel
