Spreading Love at Senior Living Facilities on Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is a time to show appreciation and care for loved ones, including those in our community who may need it most. This year, PRA Group employees embraced the company’s commitment to giving back by hosting a Valentine’s Day card drive for senior care homes, retirement communities and assisted living facilities.  

Colleagues at our offices across the U.S. presented hundreds of personalized cards, gifts and goodie bags to help to ensure residents felt the love on Valentine’s Day. 

Katherine Blosser, vice president of customer operations for the company’s office in North Richland Hills, Tex., reflected on her experience delivering valentines to the Ashwood Court Senior Living Facility by saying, “This gesture of kindness was so well-received with smiles and words of endless gratitude from both staff and residents. The team really enjoyed getting to partner with the community in this initiative.”

In addition to Ashwood Court, some of the other facilities to which PRA Group employees delivered cards included Brookdale Burlington Assisted Living in Burlington, N.C.; Devonshire Retirement Community in Hampton, Va.; and Autumn Care of Chesapeake in Chesapeake, Va.
